Kevin brings over three decades of hands-on experience in precision engineering and advanced manufacturing, particularly within the aerospace and associated sectors.

He was appointed as a director of the company in 2003 and has played a key role in its continued growth and development since then.

As part of a long-standing family-led management team, Kevin continues to guide the company’s strategic direction, maintaining its focus on technical excellence, investment in advanced machining technologies, and delivering reliable, high-quality solutions to its customers.

Daniel brings his extensive experience in precision engineering and advanced CNC manufacturing. He joined the board as a director in 2014 and has since played a key role in leading the company’s technical Strategy and engineering capabilities

Daniel’s leadership is central to maintaining HEC Precision’s commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and innovation.

By driving technical excellence, and supporting investment in modern manufacturing processes. He helps ensure the company remains a trusted and competitive partner within the industry.

Darrel Smith is Operations Director at HEC Precision Ltd, where he oversees manufacturing operations and drives continuous improvement across the business.

Recently promoted from Operations Manager, Darrel’s appointment reflects his significant contribution to the company and his commitment to operational excellence. He is responsible for ensuring production processes run efficiently while maintaining the high standards of quality and delivery expected within the aerospace and precision engineering sectors.

With a strong focus on performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction, Darrel works closely with production teams to optimise operations, meet demanding deadlines, and deliver complex, high-precision components to customers. His leadership continues to play a key role in HEC Precision’s ongoing growth and success.

Sian is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations and payroll. She plays a key role in managing budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance, supporting the organisation’s long-term stability and growth.

As part of HEC Precision’s experienced management team, Sian contributes to maintaining the company’s strong financial position, helping to support its reputation as a reliable and sustainable manufacturing partner within the aerospace and precision engineering sectors.

Robert Chadwick has 20 years of precision engineering experience, specialising in advanced CNC programming, tooling strategies, and process optimisation.

His knowledge and attention to detail are instrumental in supporting HEC’s advanced manufacturing capabilities.

Beverley is responsible for driving the company’s commercial strategy and promoting its capabilities across key markets. She plays a central role in developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the continued growth of the company within the aerospace, defence, and associated sectors.

Bev joined the team with a corporate background in Sales (x15 Years at Lindt Chocolates including managing the UK’s wholesale business). She has been with HEC for nearly 3 years and has worked in most departments. She is now setting up and managing our sales and marketing function as HEC takes the next steps to grow the business.
