Planning is an integral part of manufacturing at Hec. We have a dedicated CAD/CAM Planning office that is networked to the CNC machine shop and Hec server. It has been developed to offer comprehensive product support including programming, planning, cad modelling, fixture and special tool design.
We are able to supplement planning documents of complex parts by creating step by step process drawings that visually identify the specific requirements for each operation.

High speed machining operations are programmed from our dedicated cad cam office which is conveniently located next to the machine shop. For new projects we have the experience to assist with mechanical design changes that can improve or aid the manufacturing process ensuring that your requirements are met for technical specification and cost.
