CNC Turner/Production Engineer – Top Rates Paid

An established leader in the subcontract manufacture of precision machined components to the Aerospace sector.Providing engineering excellence across the industry serving a prestigious and diverse Aerospace client base with long term 10year programmes. Due to the continued growth and re-investment of the business, coupled with high staff retention, there is a new position available for a skilled and experienced CNC Turn/Mill Production Engineer able to programme off line, schedule work load and plan new parts, set and operate a range of Modern CNC Lathes & Machining Centres.

Job Profile
As the successful CNC Turn/Mill Production Engineer, you will be part of a highly skilled team of engineers in a clean, modern, state of the art facility.

Duties:
• CNC Turn/Mill –Setting and Operating (Multi axis machining centres)
• Programming Offline (experience of Edge Cam would be an advantage but not essential)
• Producing components for the Aerospace sector – critical, inflight components as well as non-flight components
• 60% machining Aluminium and 40% steels & Titanium
• New Part Introduction – ensuring reliable efficient processes are planned in advance of manufacture.
• Working with Doosan Lynx 220lm & Puma 400, 3100

Hours of Work:
• All hours over 40hrs per week is paid at x1.333hrs
• 22 days paid holiday + all National holidays paid
• Pension Scheme

CNC Miller/Production Engineer – Top Industry Rates Paid

An established leader in the subcontract manufacturer of precision machined components to the Aerospace sector. Providing engineering excellence across the industry serving a prestigious and diverse Aerospace client base with long term 10year programmes.

Due to the continued growth and re-investment of the business, coupled with high staff retention, there is a new position available for a skilled and experienced Production Engineer / CNC Miller able to programme offline with hands on experience of setting and operating.

Job Profile
As the successful Production Engineer / CNC Miller, you will be working within a team of highly skilled engineers in a clean, modern, state of the art facility.

Duties:
• CNC Milling –Setting (3,4 & 5 axis machining centres)

• Working with DMG and Mazak CNC machines

• Programming Offline (experience of Vero Visi Mill would be an advantage but not essential)

• Producing components for the Aerospace sector – critical, inflight components as well as non-flight components

• 80% machining Aluminium and 20% steel

Hours of Work:
• All hours over 40hrs per week is paid at x1.333hrs

• 22 days paid holiday + all National holidays paid

• Pension Scheme
